Shipping policy

We will deliver your order to the address stated on the order. We may request proof of address prior to delivery.

Whilst we aim to deliver most stocked items within 10-15 working days*, we will do our best to deliver orders quicker.  All items will be delivered within a reasonable time-frame which can be 3 months or longer for made-to-order or larger imported items.

We will deliver to your door and cannot guarantee that we can deliver to a room of your choice.  Our beds and some furniture is generally delivered "flat packed" and will require assembly by the customer.  Our delivery team/couriers are only responsible for a "kerb-side delivery" although we will do our best to deliver to a room or area you choose.

We can deliver to all Mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Isle of Wight subject to an additional £15 surcharge and may take a little longer to deliver.  *Deliveries to KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, LL, TR, PL, EX, SA, TQ might have an added delay depending on our schedules.
